To activate a Young Power Code, which can be found in the label packaging of each item, all you need to do is to type the code into our Young Power System. Click “Activate” and its automatically activated. Please follow the link below to activate your code:

WHAT DOES IT DO?Once the Code is activated, 10% of the purchasing price is automatically held at our Charity Foundation. You can track how the donation is used by entering the Code again in the system.
TRACKING DONATION AND RECORDSTo track your donation login to your account. Find ‘Young Power Code’ and it will reveal all the records or of your donations. You can also track all the donations funds to see how, where, when, and who the donation was used for.
HOW LONG IS THE CODE ACTIVATABLE?The Young Power Code on each Item can only be activated once but can be activated anytime.
WHEN WILL THE DONATION BE MADE?The donations are accumilated for 2 months and donated every 2 months. This means the donations are made 6 times per year supporting various projects. This is because the ways in which the donations are used may vary depending on what is in need. For example consumerables supply such as food supply and medical supply does not need a large sum to be accumilated prior to the donation. However, projects such as preparing electric generators or solar pannels for rural areas that does not have electricity or cannot afford electricity may require donation accumilation over the spam or 2 months or longer. All informations are made publich and trackable so please check your code every once a while to see our progress.
IMPORTANT NOTICEPlease note that once the Young Power Code is activated, the item is no longer exchangable, returnable, or refundable. Please check your purchase item(s) carefully before activating the Codes.
Usually, it takes 2-3 working days for your order to be proccessed. If it was a Pre-ordered item(s) it may take up to 5-7 working days. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can take up to 7-10 days until the item arrives. This may vary depending on the carrier service, you shipping address, and in some cases unexpected circumstances such as shipment limitations due to political reasons or natural desasters (including pandemic).
RETURN POLICYYou can return the item you purchased within 14 days from when the order arrived to you to get a refund. If you wish to return, please contact us via email: [email protected]. Please note that all exchanges are inspected at our studio and for it to be approved, all items must meet the following criteria:
Any package returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender. Near4rest cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.

PRE-ORDER AND DEPOSITBecause Near4rest is commited to reduce industry carbon-footprint and waste emmition, in most cases we do not mass produce our products. Typically, products that are available for pre-order are made-to-order meaning that we are only producing the minimum neccesary units. As mentioned in all Pre-order product pages, 20% of the Pre-order is treated as a non-refundable deposit, meaning that if you want to process a return other than quality issues or damaged goods, the refundable sum is 80% of the purchased price.
REFUND POLICYRefunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email. The full refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
Please note that some pre-ordered products cannot be fully refunded; in this case the refundable sum is usually at 80% of the origianlly purchased price. However, if the Pre-ordered item(s) were damaged or faulty when recieved, please contact us as soon as possible ([email protected]) for a full refund. FAULTY GOODS & DAMAGED GOODSIf the item(s) arrived in a poor condition, damanaged, stained, or broken please contact us within 14 days of upon arrival at [email protected]. In the emails please include your order number, name, account registered email address, and photo/video of the damaged area.
